Important Notes:

• High Elevations: We'll be traveling through areas mostly above 10,000 feet, with the highest point reaching over 11,000 feet. Here are a few precautions to take:

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help prevent altitude sickness.

  • Pace Yourself: Give your body time to adjust to the higher elevations. Avoid overexertion.

  • Weather Preparedness: Be prepared for sudden weather changes. Pack layers and rain gear.

Trail Rating: Moderate

• Much of the trail is easy, but there are some rocky sections that are moderate.

• Aggressive stock 4x4 SUVs will handle the trail just fine.
